Tom Pollack
President
With decades in the institutional bond business, Tom started his bond career after graduating from Loyola Marymount University and attending Southwestern Law School in Los Angeles.
While an institutional bond broker, Tom serviced the large investment portfolios of Pacific Investment Management Corporation (PIMCO) & Transamerica Insurance company while also specializing in middle market institutional investors in Government, Regional Banks, Money Managers and European Based Insurance Companies. Tom also advised the Native American Cow Creek Band of Umpqua Tribe of Indians to issue a $100m bond offering to build infrastructure for their Seven Feathers Resort in Oregon.
Tom received an “original idea” screen credit for the 2008 Walt Disney Pictures Morning Light movie and also founded a TP52 professional yachting sport league in Europe now known as the 52 Super Series. In his 20’s, Tom traveled to over 40 countries while on the US Sailing Team on the path to the Olympics and authored the highly acclaimed novel Wayward Son.

Fallon Pollack is a Director at Dax LLC, where she represents sellers and advises Aviation & Defense companies on mergers, acquisitions, and strategic partnerships. Since joining the firm in 2021, she has been instrumental in supporting clients through complex transactions, ensuring strong cultural and strategic alignment between buyers and sellers.
Fallon began her career in investment banking and M&A by developing a comprehensive business plan and investor presentations for a private startup specializing in metallic glass razor blades, leveraging Caltech-derived technology. Her work helped secure funding from Kairos Ventures, a Los Angeles–based venture capital firm.
She earned her Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the Argyros School of Business and Economics at Chapman University.
Beyond her professional pursuits, Fallon enjoys reading, computer gaming, and spending time with friends and family.
Lance Pollack

Lance Pollack is a seasoned IT and cybersecurity expert who utilizes his extensive knowledge in ethical hacking, software engineering, and bug bounty programs to fortify digital landscapes. With certifications like CEH, CySA+, and Azure Security Engineer Associate, he's skilled in mimicking the tactics of malicious hackers to proactively identify and address vulnerabilities. His experience in bug bounty hunting, which involves reporting security flaws to organizations for rewards, allows him to stay on the cutting edge of cybersecurity threats while contributing to a safer online world.
Lance joined Dax in 2021 and has gained experience in the fields of mergers and acquisitions (M&A) and business development. In his M&A research, he analyzes potential acquisition targets, evaluates market trends, and assesses financial viability to identify strategic growth opportunities for his company. Concurrently, his business development efforts focus on building and maintaining key partnerships, expanding into new markets, and identifying innovative ways to increase revenue. Lance's dual expertise allows him to not only pinpoint valuable opportunities but also to cultivate the relationships and strategies needed to execute successful deals.
Outside of work, Lance enjoys reading fiction books as well as hiking and exploring the outdoors.
